Guar gum, also called guaran, is a galactomannan polysaccharide extracted from guar beans that has thickening and stabilizing properties useful in food, feed, and industrial applications. The guar seeds are mechanically dehusked, hydrated, milled and screened according to application. It is typically produced as a free-flowing, off-white powder.

1. It acts as an excellent stabilizer in cold drinks such as ice cream, ice cream, popsicles, and borneol. It prevents the production of ice crystals, and plays a role in thickening and emulsifying.
2. In the noodle products such as noodles, dried noodles, instant noodles, vermicelli, it has the effect of bonding, retaining water, increasing gluten, maintaining quality, and prolonging the shelf time.
