A. Gel & Emulsion Type:
*Excellent gel strength, good emulsification to accelerate the forming of oil-water emulsion;
*Prevent the oil droplets from massing, and stabilize the state of the emulsification.
*Non-dusty, improve texture and slicing.
*Increase the output capacity of products, and reduce the production cost;
Application Field:
It is produced from the finest Non-GMO soybean, produced and designed for application in sausage, ham and other low-temperature meat products, retort sausage products, ready-made meals, meat alternatives, emulsion-type sausage,minced ham sausage, tumbled products, fish food, can food, baking food, flour products, sugar, cake and quick-frozen food etc…
B. Injection Type:
Medium viscosity, good solubility and dispersibility,good emulsification and water retention.
Application Field:
Brine systems that are to be injected into meat and fish products, like hams, bacon,nuggets etc. It can also be used for nutritional products because of it's medium viscosity and good dispersibility.
C. Dispersion Type:
Good taste, low viscosity, good dispersibility, high soluble, good stability, white color after rehydration, not easy to layer, non-dusting and better extrusion protein, specially suitable for beverage, nutritional bar, infant formulas, cereals and milk replacement.
